Pricing + FAQ’s

All of our packages listed above includes the amount of service time listed to provide the quantity of drinks included with your selected package. Additional time may be added for an additional fee of $100 per hour, and additional drinks may be added for an additional fee of $6.50 per drink.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your package will be charged at time of booking to reserve your date, and the remaining 50% of your package will be paid 45 days in advance of your date. An additional 20% service fee will be added to your package and paid along with your second payment.

All of our packages include a classic espresso menu along with your selection of one Signature Drink from our list of offerings. Hot drinks are served in 8 oz cups and cold drinks are served in 12 oz cups. We always provide vanilla and chocolate syrups, along with whole and oat milk.

We source all of our coffee from our very own Roastery at Hold Fast Coffee Co!

So much is locked inside each coffee bean we roast: the heart and expertise in farming, the years of relationship building through responsible sourcing, the commitment to quality during importing. At Hold Fast, it’s our joy to draw it all out and deliver it to you and your event with our Coffee Cart!

Yes, we always bring our Decaf Espresso for those not looking for caffeine along with our crowd favorite City Slicker Blend (50% Guatemala - 50% Ethiopia) for those wanted to enjoy caffeine.

We offer drip coffee as an upgrade option to all of our packages at $20/gallon. Each gallon serves 16 - 8 oz cups of coffee.

Yes, we offer nitro cold brew as an upgrade option to your package! Fill out our contact form and include that you’re interested in adding nitro cold brew to your package and we will get back to you with a custom quote!

Yes, we always carry 10% extra product to be able to serve additional drinks! You will have the opportunity to choose if you’d like this option available at your event in your contract, and will be charged $6.50 per drink for any drink beyond your originally selected package.

We require one dedicated outlet of 15-amp circuit, meaning nothing else can be plugged into the outlet we are using. We fit in most spaces, but cannot be moved up stairs. If space is on an upper level we will need access to an elevator or ramp.

We’ll arrive on premises 1 hour in advance of your event start time and be setup 15 minutes in advance of your event. We will prepare for 1 hour of tear down as well. In the event we need to arrive sooner, we will communicate that with you in advance.

We can travel almost anywhere in Colorado! Free travel is included up to 10 mile radius from our home base in Colorado Springs. Outside of this radius, we will charge an additional travel fee.
